Upfront and honest about cost
We advise you on the commercial reality of pursuing, or continuing to pursue, a matter, and provide an accurate assessment of our fees at the start of every matter, with regular updates as costs accrue.
Time billing
The most transparent way to pay legal fees — we track all work and provide updates, with costs presented as a range from a low to a high figure.
Fixed costs
Available on a case-by-case basis: work is bundled into one lump-sum fee on a stage-by-stage basis, covering all required work for that stage.
Litigation funding
For clients with limited cash but equity elsewhere — such as in their home — we can recommend litigation funding providers, and structure fees to suit your individual needs.
