For client services, legal advice, business management, marketing, recruitment and employment purposes. Information is retained for a minimum of 7 years after a matter closes.

We take all reasonable precautions to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Overseas storage
Personal information may be stored with international cloud providers in the UK, Japan, the Netherlands and the USA, with encryption protections applied.
Disclosure
Information may be disclosed to courts, regulators, service providers, and third parties assisting with our services, or where required by law.
Access
Our personnel are bound by confidentiality. Requests for access are processed through our Privacy Officer, in writing.
Website and applications
We use cookies and web beacons for analytics. Third-party websites are not governed by this policy.
Corrections
You may request access to, and correction of, your personal information. Deletion is available unless we're legally required to retain it.

Policy updates are posted online, with material changes notified by email or website notice.
