Our 5-step process
1. An initial meeting to gather information and documents, and provide a fixed fee quote. 2. We prepare the Application for Consent Orders and Terms of Settlement. 3. We arrange signing by both parties. 4. We file at the Family Court. 5. We send a sealed copy of the Order to both parties.
What's included
Preparing the Application and Terms of Settlement, preparing an Affidavit (for de facto relationships), making minor amendments, arranging signatures and court filing, and sending final order copies.
What's not included
Court fees, Land Registry fees and experts' fees; investigation of financial disclosures; conveyancing or implementation work; and legal advice about the Order itself. Fixed fees are available for these additional services.
